    Introduction to E-Commerce

    With the advent of the Internet, it has become possible to develop e-commerce, resulting in the spread of businesses worldwide without huge investments and consumers have easier and cheaper access to the final product, due to the absence of importers. E-commerce, also known as electronic commerce has led to facilitating business and consumers by reducing transactions costs, providing customer support and sales 24/7 via the Internet, improving the purchasing power of customers and reducing business costs, thus, any global transaction is now feasible and done in no time. Mobile commerce, or mCommerce, is a rapidly growing new avenue of eCommerce that's mostly driven by the expanding market and influence of smartphones and millennial's' comfort with shopping online.
